こんばんわ、みなさん！ ぼくの ルームメートは 日本に いきました。 ２００７のきゅうかに いきみあした。 ぼくの ルームメートの あには (brother) 日本に えいがの 先生です。 ノートルダム大学に かげんを (degree?) ２００６に しました。 いま きょとが あります。 ぼくの ルームメートは なまえわ マット.ローペズ。 マットは あにの なまえは クリッス(Chris?).ローペズ。
これは マットのしゃしん。 しゃしんは 日本で しました。
So, if I was unclear in my Japanese (sumimasen), what I meant to say was that my roommate (Matt)'s brother, Chris, is a graduate of ND and is now teaching English in Japan. Before he taught in Osaka and is now teaching in Kyoto. Matt went to Japan the summer before coming to ND last year and took lots of pictures. These are a small sampling of them. They make me realize how badly I want to go to Japan. Enjoy!

いいですよ！ Are you planning on studying abroad in Japan? I really want to go too -- I applied for my Sophomore academic year so I hope I get accepted!!!
